After moving to the United States, professional baker Stacey Mei Yan Fong created a business and Instagram account called 50 Pies 50 States. In this episode, Stacey heads to New Jersey, which produces the highest number of blueberries each year — some even refer to it as the blueberry capital of the world — to create her next state-themed pie.
