The baked spiny lobsters at Bermuda’s Lost In The Triangle are about as fresh as it gets. Restaurant owner and fisherman Delvin Bean catches the prized crustaceans and brings them to chef Anthony Gomez, who bakes them to perfection. Lightly drizzled with a lemon-butter-garlic sauce, this local delicacy is the star of the menu.
