As we continue work through our pain and frustration in the wake of these recent shootings of and by police, artists and civilians alike are raising their voices in solidarity with the families of those lost and the #BlackLivesMatter movement, now more important than ever. Today, Miguel has added his voice to the chorus of mourning souls, releasing the unfinished, yet incredibly poignant new track, “How Many,” asking the questions some would prefer to refrain from, crooning, heartbreakingly, over the murders of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, both slain at the hand of those sworn to protect us.
