Tennessee Woman Busted For Selling Opioids

While your granny was busy in the kitchen whipping up amazing meals, 75-year-old Betty Jean Jordan was allegedly whipping the work.

According to Fox 17 reports Jordan was arrested after officers executed a search warrant at her Parsons, Tenn home and investigators confiscated over 1,000 prescription pills, including Morphine, Oxycodone and Xanax according to the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators also seized over $12,000 in cash and assets.

Jordan has been charged with three counts of drug manufacturing/delivery/sale/possession of schedule II, two counts of possession of a legend drug with intent, possession of a legend drug and evading arrest. Jordan was booked in Decatur County Jail Feb. 9 and later released on $50,000 bond.
